SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Processing

We will fulfill your order directly or through one of our local partners at our discretion. All items are usually shipped within 1-3 days. If a product is not available within this time period, you will be notified of the delay and also given an estimated delivery time. We will endeavor to provide you with efficient and courteous service!

Email Notifications

Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When the item(s) have shipped you will be notified via email confirmation that includes a tracking number.

Canadian Customers

This website (www.stingrayaustralia.com) cannot take or ship orders to customers with Canadian addresses. All Canadian orders are taken can fulfilled through our Canadian website: www.stingraycanada.com

USA Customers

This website (www.stingrayaustralia.com) cannot take or ship orders to customers with USA addresses. All USA orders are taken and fulfilled through our USA website: www.stingrayhydrofoil.com

Overseas Customers

Please contact us through the CUSTOMER SERVICE form at the bottom of the home page on www.stingrayhydrofoil.com. Our sales staff will contact you with a shipping quotation if you provide your shipping address and the product you wish to purchase!

Flat Rate Shipping

All items on www.stingrayaustralia.com are shipped via courier with a flat-rate shipping cost ($15-30 depending on item) to customers with Australia shipping addresses. In some extreme cases, a customer with a remote shipping address may be contacted prior to shipment of the order with a request for additional shipping fees or an alternative shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Returns

All goods and items supplied in the sales order shall be governed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the Act). Goods supplied by AMS are subject only to the applicable manufacturer’s written warranty (if any) and, except to the extent prohibited by law, all other warranties with respect to Goods are hereby excluded.

For change of mind purchases the following terms apply:

a. All returned goods must be accompanied by the original invoice.

b. Goods will be accepted for credit when returned in the original, unmarked packaging within seven (7) days of purchase.

c. After seven (7) days a return authorization is required.

d. A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns greater than seven (7) days from invoice date. No goods will be accepted for return:

e. When items have been fitted or used in any way.

f. For items which have been specially procured.

g. When goods are not accompanied by the original invoice. The cost of freight for returned items is the responsibility of the customer. No return will be accepted for credit, other than for warranty issues, more than six months from purchase.

Defective Items

If a product is defective and within the 30-day return period, please contact us through the CUSTOMER SERVICE form at the bottom of our homepage (www.stingrayaustralia.com) to verify the defect. We may request photographs of the defective product or may choose to examine the product for defects upon return to us. If the product proves not to be defective, an RMA # will not be issued, and a product return will not be accepted. If the product is determined by us to be defective, we may issue an RMA # for you to return the product back to us with the customer paying the return shipping expenses, OR the customer can choose to destroy the defective product in-field per our instructions.
